Resolutions Officer (NATIONWIDE)

Salary Range: Uncapped*
Hours: Full Time
Type of Vacancy: Self-Employed

The successful Resolutions Officer will be responsible for assessing a customers situation and able to use their own logical thinking to help assist and signpost in the direction. Detailed knowledge of Electric and Gas meters is desirable but not wholly essential, as training is provided. The successful applicant will also need to be computer literate as they will be expected to work unassisted and report and communicate via email with our office based team and manipulate data from our specialist CRM databases. The field support team will be available to offer assistance when required.
