We are continuing to operate as normal,  remaining vigilant and safe. All of our staff and nationwide team are following and practicing government guidelines whilst operating social distancing measures.

Please be aware our nationwide field team are still carrying out meter inspections and making visits in regards to utility debt. All Mercia Utility Services representatives will have the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) necessary to keep everyone safe and prevent spread of the virus.

Where possible, our representatives will make contact prior to any visits and all of our team will be mindful of everyone’s circumstances and current situation.

At the earliest convenience please advise your energy provider and ourselves if you are self-isolating or are shielding.

If you are unsure of anything relating to your utilities, please contact your supplier for support.
